  • At Stem and Petals we don’t have a blanket price for all our designs as floral ingredients, size, seasonality and availability of flowers will determine our prices. If you fill out our contact us section we will be happy to give you a rough guideline on pricing depending on your choices.

  • At Stem and Petals our delivery charge is based on mileage and time from our workshop to your venue and how many team members are needed for the installation. Each individual installation is different and we will clearly outline deliver/ installation charges in our initial Design Specification and Quotation.

  • We don’t have a specific time frame for you to book our services, however, if you are booking more than 1.5yrs in advance then the pricing will reflect inflation and the year that you will be booking for.

  • We work on a first-come first-served basis, and your date is secured once you have paid our booking fee. If we have any pressure on your date and you have not yet paid you booking fee we will contact you to inform you and give you a time period to confirm your booking before we then release your date.

  • At Stem and Petals we have no limit on how far we travel for our services.

  • Yes! We are happy to meet and discuss all floral needs at an on-site visit if we have the availability in our Calendar. we do however ask that you cover the cost of our mileage.

  • We try to endeavour to work towards all budgets that we have been informed about.

  • Head to our weddings and events portfolio to start with and then we are more than happy to send images of our work to you via email. we don’t have a catalog as such as each wedding/ event we undertake is tailored to our clients needs and specifications.

  • You are able to make any changes up to two weeks prior to your big day. After this any changes will be subject to approval due to the nature of our suppliers needing notice to get the best and freshest quality on the market.

  • Sometimes there may be a slight change in floral ingredients due to the nature of the way/ time frame flowers are grown, we keep a close eye on what is coming through the auction house and if we have advance warning we can contact you and let you know, or we get the closest to what would work in your design.

  • Our cancellation policy states that you can cancel up to two weeks before your big day. However, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee. If you cancel after two weeks prior to your big day you will forfeit all payments made to Stem and Petals.

  • Of course! That’s what we specialise in! All designs and creations are tailored to your specific style, colour preferences, and any unique elements you want to incorporate.

  • If you book your special day florals with us we offer the option of free prop hire. We have a workshop full of extras to help ‘decorate’ your venue and make it that extra bit special for your big day… be it a vintage ladder for family photos or a letter box for your cards!

  • We have a contract that details all services we offer and outlines what happens in case of a pandemic, etc. and also your cancellations rights.
